Behind every athlete on the podium – every powerful speaker, coach, or leader – there’s a team of people behind the scenes who listen, advise, challenge, guide, and encourage. Long before this business was formed, there were people who believed in me and helped turn an idea, a talent, a skill – into a reality.
They are not just behind the scenes; they are in the very roots of this business – a team of people who pour into me with wisdom, challenge, care, and belief. In addition to my incredible family and friends, below are the ones I call my Advisory Circle (and I am very honoured to do so):
Maxine Benson, MBE
Co-Founder, Everywoman
Maxine’s career experience encompassed the airline industry in Sydney, the film industry in New York, giving her two decades of experience living and working overseas before she returned to the UK to co-found everywoman in 1999.
The UK’s first online community for women in business, everywoman’s ambition to unlock the talents of women globally remains as relevant today as it did 25 years ago. everywoman’s mission to positively change the landscape for women in the workplace for future generations, saw Maxine awarded the MBE for services to women’s enterprise in 2009.
James McKay
Corporate Partner, Squire Patton Boggs
James McKay is a corporate partner in the London office of global law firm Squire Patton Boggs. With 30 years’ experience, his expertise covers all aspects of corporate work with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
Viviane Paxinos

Viv Paxinos is the CEO of AllBright, a global women’s membership collective dedicated to creating a more equitable world by supporting the professional and personal growth of ambitious women. With over 20 years of experience driving commercial growth in digital-led businesses, Viv has held leadership roles at some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including MTV, BBC, and Discovery. She joined AllBright in June 2022, bringing her passion for aligning purpose with profit to a community now 500,000 strong worldwide.

Senior leader in wealth management, Coutts Bank
Greg is a senior leader in wealth management, an experienced charity trustee, and former member of an NHS human research ethics committee. He is a Managing Director at the private bank Coutts, where he leads the front office specialist-expert teams.

Nicolette is a senior lawyer, with over 10 years of experience and subject matter expertise in data protection and safety. Her diverse background spans multiple industries, including media, advertising, and technology. She currently serves as Lead Counsel, at Meta.
