Hi, I’m Zoe – a resilience coach, international speaker, and (trying, really trying) to be a gym person! I was almost a criminal lawyer who took a professional detour when life (as it inconveniently does) handed me one of those “okay, let’s rethink everything” moments.
For years, I trained in criminal law, believing that would be my route to helping people. But over time—and through a mix of personal challenges and accepting the realities of professional ‘success’—I realised that the change I wanted to make wasn’t going to happen inside a courtroom.
That didn’t mean I had to let go of the skills I’d gained; it meant learning to use them differently and helping people from the inside out—getting to the root cause of things, not just putting our ‘best foot forward’ all the time, but sometimes accepting and looking after that dry, crusty foot (that sounded more cringe than expected, but it made me giggle—and hopefully it did for you too, so I’ll leave it in)!
Today, I help people win the toughest cases—the ones happening inside their own heads. That, for me, is real justice.
I use tools rooted in legal reasoning: challenging mental assumptions like a cross-examination, reviewing emotional narratives like case files, and checking for evidence when our inner critic tries to deliver a verdict—because often, our brains are trying to condemn, convict, or charge us unfairly.
Think of my coaching, workshops, and talks as the opposite of that “just push through” nonsense. We slow down (on purpose), get honest, and build the kind of resilience that actually sticks—no glittery mantras, no toxic positivity, and definitely no pretending everything’s fine when it’s not.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected to yourself—so you can live, not just exist. We’ll work on healing the hard stuff, quieting the inner critic, and learning how to live your life, not just manage it.
And yes—we’ll laugh, a lot—whether it’s in coaching, workshops, or my talks (that’s dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin doing their thing). So bring your whole self, bring your sense of humour, and maybe bring snacks too.
Whether it’s for you or your organisation—if you’re ready to shake things up, build real resilience, and leave the old mindset behind… let’s go.

No pressure, no obligation. Just a conversation to see if this work is right for you.
